Wayne H. Warner

 

     Wayne Warner is president of Northwest Food Consultants, an innovative consulting firm offering Product and Process Development, Lean Manufacturing, and Food Safety services to the Northwest food industry.

     Prior to starting Northwest Food Consultants, Wayne managed operations for several large northwest manufacturers as well as running his own food manufacturing business for many years. He has been involved in both USDA and FDA inspected facilities.

      Wayne has over 30 years of proven ability and experience in reducing costs and solving manufacturing problems, creating products and programs directed at profitability and developing food safety programs.  He has created innovative new product lines, introduced new manufacturing practices and streamlined processes.

      Mr. Warner holds a certification in “Lean Manufacturing” from Washington Manufacturing Services and is accredited as an ISO 9001 Auditor. He is certified as a HACCP trainer and is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
